BattlePass is a startup studio, designed to bridge the gap between ideas, knowledge, and capital. As a venture builder, we have developed a universal and easy-to-implement approach to startups in different stages and industries.

Our startup studio is comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs and industry professionals who provide the must-have expertise, and skills that the founders require in order to survive. And we do it as a team member, not as an outsider consultant. We build and grow startups focusing mainly (but not only) on Gaming, Entertainment, Travel & Marketplaces.

The BP Studio was founded by more than 20 successful entrepreneurs and their companies that joined forces to support early-stage founders with capital, services, and expertise - from initial concept and product design, through software development and marketing, to legal and finance.

The CEO of the company Peter Lozanov and the COO Todor Gerovski lead the studio to achieve its mission - to be the trusted partner and 'the best friend' for founders who want to shorten their way to building a successful and impactful business.

A lot of the mistakes we had made in the past could have been easily prevented if someone had guided us and worked with us along the way. We realized that our experience could help others in their strive to launch their businesses and reach their goals. And our vast network of service-providers could fill in any gaps that we may have. For us creating BattlePass Studio was natural as it was the missing element in the local startup ecosystem.

So the founders who come to us receive not only the assistance of seasoned entrepreneurs but also of lawyers, accountants, software developers, designers, etc. BattlePass Studio is more than a group of experts, it is an organization composed of stakeholders who are keen on pushing forward the tech companies coming out of Southeast Europe. Having all the necessary know-how and being connected to the biggest VC funds in the country allows us to ensure that the projects with huge potential avoid a lot of the common pitfalls and reach their dream KPIs.

Our startup studio HQ is based in Sofia, Bulgaria but we have operations through our BattlePass Ambassadors almost everywhere in the Balkans region. We help founders from the SEE region to build the right product, optimize their operations, raise the necessary funding, and boost sustainable growth.

Although our focus is on Gaming, Entertainment, Travel & Marketplaces, we also have in our portfolio a variety of companies from a number of different industries. Our startup studio is developing ventures from the ground up - such as a quiz application with a unique monetization model, a platform that provides personality assessments to startup founders looking for their perfect co-founders, a foodtech subscription meal service, a travel marketplace, and more. BattlePass Studio has also worked with big scale-ups, including the plant-identification app PlantSnap, which has had over 42 million downloads! The founders we work with soon find out that we act not only as their trusted partners but as their friends. We teach them how to think about their business and put their customers first, how to find their product-market fit, how to pitch and talk to investors - and how to take all the subsequent steps after getting funded.
