MealMix is a service that allows busy people to stay true to their eating habits without investing time in buying groceries and cooking. The website (and future app) creates customized diets, adjusting them according to one’s preferences and offering a variety of flexible delivery options.
This is one of the projects that BattlePass Studio has been working on since Day 1 of its inception. We helped lay the foundation by building the core team. Going through the BattlePass network, we found the perfect co-founder for our founder - a person with substantial experience in the catering industry with an already loyal customer base. Once we made the introduction, the rest was simply magic. The results were quite evident - the startup took off quickly thanks to the invaluable insights and know-how that the new member of the executive team brought in. Besides the difference in expertise, the two had complementary characters, which had also been taken into consideration in advance.
Furthermore, our venture builder helped shape the face of the company. In spite of the lack of modesty, we can claim that branding is one of our strengths. With joint efforts, we successfully came up with a catchy name, a stylish logo and an entire brand book, consisting of colour palettes, customized fonts, etc. Even more importantly, we worked along with the founders on the UX & UI, shaping the business model, and of course - the go-to-market and the crucial strategic partnerships (soon to be announced).
The website we helped set up presented the personalized AI dietologist in the best way possible. Our internal team helped with the copywriting and within two weeks the website was up and running. Soon afterwards, we had our first paying clients purchasing the weekly and monthly subscription plans that would transform their lives for the better.
MealMix was the perfect example of how a business can be put into motion smoothly when the right pieces of the puzzle are put together.
